Seba Pneumatic Gauge PS-Sensor
Pneumatic Gauge PS-Sensor
  • Continuous bubbler sensor for fast detection of water level changes
  • automatic pressure range detection for maximum measuring accuracy (0.05% FS)
  • Display with function keys for measured value indication
  • Measuring ranges: 0-10/17/20/30/35/40 m
  • Long-term stability due to intelligent sensor drift compensation
  • Available with digital (RS485: SHWP, SDI-12, MODBUS) or analog output (4-20mA, 0-1V, 0-5V)
  • Various configuration possibilities, e.g. number of bubbles per minute, measuring cycles, etc.
  • Including automatic blow-through, compressor and air reservoir (0.75 l)

High-precision:
Equipped with two pressure sensors and an automatic pressure range detection, the PS sensor also meets the highest demands on measuring accuracy. In addition, the typical, age-related drift of pressure sensors is compensated by an automatic, processor-controlled 0-point calibration before each measurement. This means that even after many years of operation, the bubbler system is just as precise as on the first day.
Maintenance-free:
Due to the measuring principle, the pressure measuring cell does not come into direct contact with the measuring medium water. Regular, often maintenance-intensive cleaning of the measuring cell due to deposits (e.g. lime, bio-film) is not necessary. The automatic blow-through device in the PS sensor ensures that the pressure transmission line is flushed regularly, thus preventing the bead nozzle from silting up.
Safe:
After the PS sensor can be safely housed in the water gauge house or switch cabinet, mechanical damage, e.g. from vandalism, flotsam, etc., can be ruled out. Cost-intensive lightning protection measures can also be dispensed with on the sensor side, as the air introduced into the water by the PS sensor is non-conductive.
Compatible:
The PS sensor has all common analog and digital outputs and can be connected to all SEBA data collectors, to data collectors of other manufacturers (e.g. via SDI-12) and to process control systems (e.g. via Modbus, 4-20mA).
Everything in it, everything on it:
Extremely compact and equipped with an integrated compressor and air reservoir, a display with function keys, an automatic blow-through device and further features, the PS sensor leaves nothing to be desired.
